I believe that the difference between doing something right and doing it wrong can be a little bit of knowledge. When people fail to plan for their assets to pass to the next generation, disputes often arise. These disputes can tear families and businesses apart, cost tens of thousands of dollars to deal with (if not more), and, in most cases, could have been avoided with thoughtful planning.

Having earned my Masters in Tax Law (LL.M. in Taxation), I approach estate planning with an eye towards tax avoidance and tax management.  My experience allows me to quickly sort through complex fact patterns and to methodically plan and prepare effective case strategies.
